Total Ethiopia Addis Ababa petrol Station Customer Attendants training
Total Ethiopia organized Training for Addis Ababa Stations Customer Attendants on January 23 & 25 2018 at the head office.This training was specially organized for about 40 participants consisting customer attendants, supervisors and support staffs from newly opened and existing station.
The two day sessions were lively and interactive. And participants were encouraged to engage in every aspect of the training. Evidently, various useful experiences, questions were tabled and discussed. Major topics raised at these training Include Top service grids and its core vitality, Eco service and advises, Safety at service station, Assault prevention & crisis management, Basics of Lubricants and Total Service application.
