Second Africa Customer Week

Total Ethiopia celebrated the second Africa Customer Week, from November 2 to 6. After “Customer Centricity”, the first edition organized in Africa in November 2019, this second Africa Customer Week provides a new opportunity to emphasize our commitment to building strong, durable relationships with our customers over the long term.   

Once again this year, Total’s teams in Africa were geared up to embody our B2B and B2C promises in an environment of exchange, attentiveness and local presence through customer-focused events. It’s been an opportunity for Total Ethiopia and its teams to explain and demonstrate to all customers that they are always top-of-mind, as well as to build long-term relationships together.

It’s was also a chance to get a better understanding of customers’ challenges and expectations so we can offer products and services that meet their needs even more effectively.

This second Africa Customer Week takes on a special significance in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, which has confirmed the importance of being recognized by customers as a local partner of choice.
